Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
The product seal has been broken, or the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired.
Change of mind or personal dislike of the product’s natural scent, texture, or results (as individual results may vary).
Failure to provide required proof, such as order details or photos of damaged/defective products when requested.
All orders are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
